How do we get our business ready for AI tools?
AI tools see what your people can see, and find it faster. Before you switch any AI tool on, we check identity and access, find and fix files that are shared too widely, label sensitive data and agree which tools are approved and who decides.
Where should we start with AI?
With whichever stage is costing you most today. We usually start with a one-week diagnostic: we map your systems, workflows and reports, find where time is lost and agree the measures that matter. You come away with a baseline and a costed plan.
How do you measure the return on AI?
We agree a measure with you before the work starts, such as hours per task, cost per transaction or active use by team, and take a baseline. Measuring again at the end shows the gain as a number, not a claim.
Do we own what you build?
Yes. It runs on your own platform, with your data and your controls, and has no Conosco IP embedded. Your team can run it, or we keep running and improving it.
Which AI tools do you work with?
The options from the major AI providers, compared for your roles and budget, and we can license Microsoft tools for you. We also connect the systems you already use, such as Microsoft 365, Xero, Salesforce and HubSpot.
Is AI safe to use with confidential data?
AI tools only see what each person should. Accounts are protected, sensitive data is labelled, and every build is reviewed by Conosco's security team before it goes live. Your AI policy can be aligned with ISO/IEC 42001.
How long does the diagnostic take, and what does it cost?
One week, with up to a day of your team's time. It is a fixed fee, agreed before we start.
Do we have to change our IT provider?
No. You can use Conosco.AI on its own, and we work alongside your existing IT provider.
